Congratulations to Rickmansworth U12's who beat Watford Town by 98 runs in the ECB indoor 6-a-side last night. Bowling first the wickets were shared around as Watford were restricted to just 75/4 (which gave an aggregate score of 35 as each wicket results in a 10 run reduction). Good catches by Harvey and Ethan on the boundary and also a wicket for Ethan with his first ball of 2015. Middle stump.

Batting second Rickmansworth had some fantastic 20 run overs and Harvey (20), Ethan (20), Eli (21) and Bilal (20) all had to retire after reaching their maximum allowed runs. Bilal hit the only straight 6 of the game, whilst Eli picked up an 8 during the powerplay. Ricky went on to post 153 for 2 (so 133) for a 98 run victory.

Well played to all the boys - Christian, Harvey, Leo, Ethan, Bilal and Elijah. And in a re-run of the 2013 County Cup Final, Ricky again prevailed against Watford. Good luck for the summer boys.
