RCC's search for a new batting and bowling superstar for 2015 starts here.

Yes, its just around the corner. On Thursday we start again with the hugely popular indoor Cricket nets at Rickmansworth School.

Last year attendances were a full house every session, and I expect this year to be no different, so please arrive early

From the 8th January to the 26th March, every THURSDAY from 6.45pm to 7.45pm sharp, we will be having indoor net practice at Rickmansworth School. Those who came last year know just how good these nets are. Other clubs have to share the nets, but thanks to the hard work of the committee, once again we have exclusive use for 2 hours.

The sessions will start at 5.45pm with an hour of use for the various youth sections (any boys and girls from year 3 to year 9 are welcome) and then at 6.45pm the seniors will take over. It is going to be an amazing experience.

The cost is the same as last year - £5 per attendee. No exceptions, No discounts. And that will just about cover the costs. So please volunteer your payment when you arrive.

We are trying to negotiate use of the bowling machine for maybe Feb/March.

By all means bring a friend, bring a fiver and bring your full kit. The season starts HERE.

PS To access the new sports hall, you drive down through the left hand side of the school and follow the new road all the way down to the new Hall. The School is at the top of the Hill as you head down to the Cricket Club. WD3 3AQ
