Lashings All Stars XI v UCTF Invitation XI Wormsley Estate, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3YE

The Soames family have arranged a Charity Cricket Match on Sunday 28th May 2017 from 9.30am to 5.00pm at the world famous Wormsley Estate, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3YE

Players include: Monty Panesar, Gordon Greenidge, John Emburey & Tino Best to name a few, plus some of Ben Soames' with commentary from Daniel Norcross, Test Match Special commentator.

The ground itself is a stunning venue and has hosted England Womens Cricket Test matches so it's a really great place to watch some Cricket.

Hospitality tickets (£60) include tea and coffee on arrival, an informal BBQ lunch with wine and afternoon tea and the opportunity to participate in an auction. VIP tickets
(£100) will also include a Pimms reception and access to the Walled Gardens and Library at the estate.

Ground entry only tickets start from £10.

All funds raised will support the UCTF. The Uganda Children’s Trust Fund offers underprivileged Ugandan children the chance to succeed in education, in sport and in
life. We believe the combination of a good academic education, the opportunity to play and enjoy sport, and the chance to develop the right vocational or entrepreneurial
skills will provide vulnerable children from Uganda’s poorest communities the chance to succeed in life. Their future economic security will provide a means to lift their
families and communities out of poverty, thus creating positive, and long-lasting, social change.

As mentioned tickets start at £10 (we encourage you to bring a picnic with grounds tickets), to book please contact: Linda Soames: or access them directly

The Soames family look forward to welcoming you to this unique event

Where next?

Umpires Blog May League Saturday saw all 4 teams gain 30 points which is a great outcome albeit the 4ths had a concession. Lots of smiling faces around the Clubhouse.
