As Is traditional, we have a working party at the club between 10am and 1pm on Saturday 28th March sponsored by NatWest CricketForce. We paint, we clean, we tidy and we get everything ready for the season.

There are tasks such as sweeping the practice wickets and getting them ready, tidying out the caravan, painting the posts and fences, emptying out the changing rooms and making sure all the equipment works. We will need to rebuild the covers and also the sightscreens. And maybe catch a few moles. In reality there is a job for everyone - young and old.

At the same time we will take a break between 1pm and 2pm for some well earned refreshment in the bar. And perhaps a few words about the season to come. Snacks will be provided by the club.

There will also be the full collection of club attire on show and for sale. Brand new Shirts and Jumpers - from childrens to adult sizes .Examples include:

It would be great to have a decent turnout of members, for support and assistance, even for an hour or two. It's a great way to kick-start the season.
