Ricky blown away by Storm Munroe

Ricky's batsmen put on a sterling performance against Aldenham, however it was perhaps disappointing that five batsmen scored over 25 but none more than 35. Plenty of starts and not a lot of finishes. 191 was the final total which didnt seem a bad total at all.

However Aldenham opening bat Muroe started like a train and smashed 102 off just 64 balls. However when he was out the rest of the batters had only scored 21 and it was left to the number 4 to hit 54 off 44 balls himslef to get Aldenham within 10 runs of the win. Waheed grabbed 5-30 however the game looked over and done. But Harvey took a smart catch at point and then next ball had te no 9 caught at mid-on by Jez. It was game on with Aldenham needing to score 3 runs with 2 wickets left. But the dream finish was not to be as they managed to edge a handful of runs to win by 2 wickets.
