Rickmansworth Cricket Club are giving due notice to all Members of an EGM & AGM which will take place on Friday 20th February 2026 at 7:30pm at Rickmansworth School.

The EGM is scheduled from 7.30pm to 8pm

The amended resolution is set out below, with all other details relating to the EGM having been emailed to all Full Members.

Resolution:
That Rickmansworth Cricket Club formally expresses no confidence in the current management and stewardship of the pavilion and associated assets by the Trustees of Rickmansworth Sports Club and resolves that the Club will immediately commence the process to remove and replace the Trustees pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, including taking all necessary steps to appoint replacement Trustees and register any changes with the Land Registry.

The EGM will be followed by the AGM which is scheduled to run from 8pm to 9:30pm
