Last Man Standing is the fastest growing version of Cricket globally with half a million participants. It is fast and furious, with 8 players per team, and plenty of 4's and 6's and wickets on show. The RCC Committee have worked wonders in securing Rickmansworth as the venue for the UK National 2024 Finals to be played this Monday 26th May .

30,000 players started this journey in May 2024, including our own Ricky Badgers who have previously made the area finals. This game is the culmination of all that effort as 4 teams come together to compete to be UK Champion and then represent GB at the World Championships. The original final was washed out in September which is why it is now being played at the beginning of 2025.

The matches start at 10.30am and there are 2 semi-finals followed by the final. All will be live-streamed and watched by large crowds. This is a great showcase for our club and it would be appreciated if all club members can just help a little by making sure the place is tidy on Sunday and looking its best.

With the new nets, the membership scheme, a new sponsor on the horizon and other developments in the making, Rickmansworth CC really is the place to be in 2025. Get involved as much as you can, as opportunities like this come along only a few times in life. Be able to say that you were part of it !
