Once again, Ricky's U13 girls team came out winners, this time against Grand Union (Hemel Hempstead) in an away match.

All the girls batted, bowled and fielded well and restricted their opposition to a total of 253. It all came down to the last ball, with Ricky needing one run to win, which Jayati hit away and we won by the barest of margins. The should be a video of the winning moment below this report

We are also proud that 3 of our Coaching assistants attended the ECB Support Coach course at Datchworth this weekend and are now qualified in Cricket coaching. Another leap in the right direction. And a big thank you to them for supporting the girls team in such a positive fashion.

Across Hertfordshire this year, 43 Girls teams played 188 games of League cricket. The game is coming on leaps and bounds and we are delighted to be at the vanguard of this.
